Invitation for Bids-Supply, Delivery and Installation of Laptop Computers - 120 Nos
The National Child Protection Authority invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Laptop Computers, in accordance with the specifications and conditions set out in the bidding documents.
Interested & eligible bidders may obtain further information from Director (Admin),Admin Branch, National Child Protection Authority ( Telephone :0112778914) during working days, from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m. ,Bid documents can be inspected free of charge from 30/09/2026 to 20/10/2026 also through the NCPA's website (www.childprotection.gov.lk)

Interested bidders should purchase a complete set of bidding documents form from the Authority's Admin Division after a submission of written request to the address below, during working days, from 9.00 a.m & 3.00 p.m from 30th Sep 2026 to 20th Oct 2026 upon the payment of non -refundable fee of LKR. 5,000/. The method of payment will be cash.
Bidders submitting bids by hands shall enclose the original & the copy of the bid in separate sealed envelopes duly marked as "Duplicate Copy" Both these envelopes (Original & Copy) shall be enclosed in one single envelope to the address below at on or before 21st Oct 2026. The name of the contract & the IFB Number shall be stated on top left- hand corner of the envelope of the bid. Bid shall be valid up to 91 days from the deadline of bids submission or any extended date stipulated by the purchaser. Late bid shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened soon after closing of bids, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
